BRONAG'S RECENT PROJECTS
SPIRIT PARK WASHROOM
As part of our ongoing efforts to improve public spaces with sustainable developments, Bronag worked with RDOS to build this new washroom facility at Spirit Park in Naramata, BC. The new facility is fully accessible and designed to serve individuals and families attending community events, recreational activities, and informal gatherings in the park.

In addition to the fully accessible washrooms, the new facility will include a refillable water station—providing clean drinking water for visitors and helping reduce single-use plastics.

GIANTS HEAD MOUNTAIN PARK WASHROOM
Bronag worked with the District of Summerland to build this brand-new bathroom facility at Giants Head Mountain Park in Summerland, BC.

This much-needed upgrade enhances the park experience for everyone visiting this stunning location. Whether you're hiking, picnicking, or just enjoying the incredible views, you can now enjoy a clean, modern, and accessible bathroom facility during your visit.

LA-Z-BOY FURNITURE
La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries in Kelowna hired Bronag to undergo a tenant improvement to enhance the shopping experience for their valued customers. Located at 1850 Spall Road, the updated showroom now features a refreshed layout that showcases our extensive range of sofas, sectionals, recliners, and accent pieces in a more inviting and accessible environment.​

Additionally, the showroom features movable vignette walls and a brighter color palette, creating a dynamic and engaging atmosphere that reflects current design trends.
CONNECTOR BREWERY
Situated on the traditional and unceded territory of the Okanagan Syilx people, specifically on Westbank First Nation land, this tenant improvement project represents a meaningful collaboration with local partners and a deep respect for the land and its history.

The newly improved space features a warm, modern taproom where guests can enjoy locally crafted beer brewed on-site, alongside a menu of approachable plant-based eats designed to complement every pint. The interior combines natural finishes, industrial accents, and community-focused design elements, creating a welcoming environment for locals and visitors alike.
EV CHARGER INSTALLATION
The increase of electric cars on the roads has created a high demand for additional EV charger stations to be installed in BC. Over the last year, Bronag Contracting has successfully installed new EV charger stations in Vancouver, Merritt, Salmon Arm, 100 Mile House, Cranbrook, Quesnel and Prince George.

GEORGE ELLIOT SECONDARY DAYCAREÂ
In 2022 the YMCA expanded their licensed child care facilities to support more families with high-quality, affordable care. in the OKanagan.
​
Bronag was awarded general contractor on this 81 space, multi-age center located in Lake Country at the George Elliott Secondary School. This space opened in Summer of 2024.
BLACK SWIFT VINEYARDS
Home of the Screaming Frenzy wine, Black Swift Vineyards is perched on top of Mount Boucherie and offers their guests a beautiful view of the Okanagan Lake and surrounding areas.

CROWN AND THIEVES
Crown and Thieves is a multi-purpose venue that provides guests the experience of a wine tasting, amazing food and a private downstairs venue, Speakeasy, that offers live entertainment.

Located on the wine maker's property, this winery build's vision was to replicate the ruins of a 400-year-old castle. This new build used specific materials to make you feel like you stepped back in time in the Renaissance era.
THE HATCHING POST BREWERY & SMOKERY
The Hatching Post Brewery & Smokery, located on Boucherie Rd. in West Kelowna, was designed and built to resemble the Wild West using recycled wood materials. The design continues into the inside which gives guests the experience of a Western Saloon.
Bronag was presented the Award of Excellence at the Thompson OKanagan Building Awards in the Hospitality/Tourism category as the general contractor for this outstanding, unique build. ​
KELOWNA VOLKSWAGEN DEALERSHIP
Located on Enterprise Way in Kelowna, BC, this build consists of a renovation of the existing N.A.P. Windows & Doors Ltd. building.
In 2018, Bronag was presented the Award of Excellence in the Automotive category at the Commercial Building Awards for the remodel of the Turner Volkswagen Dealership.
KELOWNA OVERLAND FREIGHT LINES
Located in the Airport Business Park, Overland West Fright Lines hired Bronag Contracting to build this 20 bay warehouse to expand their growing operations in the Okanagan.
DAIRY QUEEN FRANCHISE LOCATIONS
Bronag Contracting has been the general contractor on a handful of new Dairy Queen franchise builds throughout the Okanagan. Each of these new locations features a similar interior and exterior appearance, tailed to the building and location.

Our team at Bronag handled every stage of the build, ensuring to meet the client's vision for a high-efficiency, low-maintenance car wash equipped with the latest technology.
BC HOUSING MANAGEMENT PROJECTS
Bronag Contracting is proud to have played a key role in delivering six critical housing projects across British Columbia, partnering with BC Housing to convert existing multi-unit motels into safe, stable, long-term housing.
